"Return was easy, but refund took a few days"
I had to return a bag and the whole process was straightforward. The refund did take a few days to show up, but it all worked out in the end. Did anyone else have to wait a bit for their refund too?

"There were plenty of nice options to pick..."
There were plenty of nice options to pick from, and I ended up finding a backpack quickly. I was kind of just browsing at first, you know how you start looking at one thing and then get distracted by all the other stuff, but it was easy enough to find what I needed.

"Pretty Easy to Use, Honestly"
I was browsing wenger.ch and, yeah, it was actually really straightforward. Pages loaded quickly, and I found the bags and knives without having to click around forever, which was nice. The menu made sense, and the checkout seemed simple enough too. No confusing surprises, so I’m totally calm about it. Overall, a good website.

"Solid backpack that meets my standards"
I ordered a backpack from wenger.ch, and overall I’m happy with it. I’m particular about bags because I expect them to feel sturdy and last a while, and this one definitely feels well made for the price.
The delivery was fine, nothing amazing but no real issues either. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for my standards the quality feels worth it. I’d just like to see a few more discount options from time to time

"Bag’s okay, but the delivery was a mess"
The bag itself is fine, nothing really wrong with it, and I’ll probably still use it. But the delivery showed up way later than promised, which was frustrating. I kept checking for updates and there just… weren’t any. Like, if it’s going to be late, okay, things happen, but at least let me know. So yeah, product is fine, delivery experience not so much

"Looks nice, but didn’t hold up"
I bought a Wenger bag from Wenger a few months ago, and I expected better. The zipper has already started sticking, and the fabric near the handle is wearing out way sooner than it should. It’s a nice-looking bag, but for the price I thought it would be a lot more durable. The whole experience left me feeling more like a ticket number than a valued customer, so yeah, disappointing.

Right out of the package, my first impression was that the bag felt sturdy and well made. The material has a nice solid feel to it, so overall I’m happy with the quality. The only thing I noticed quickly is that the zipper could glide a little smoother, but it’s not a dealbreaker

I reached out to wenger about a bag order and the support was friendly and easy to deal with. The first reply took a bit longer than I was expecting, which was kinda annoying, but once they got back to me they explained things clearly and got it sorted out in the end. So yeah, overall good help, just not super fast at first.

"Warranty support was okay, just a bit slow"
I had to use the warranty support and overall it was fine, but it definitely took a little longer than I expected. The back-and-forth wasn’t too bad, though I kept noticing small things like waiting a day or two between replies and having to recheck the case number in each email. In the end they did help, so I can’t really complain too much, but it wasn’t exactly quick.

"Nice service, but the website could use a refresh"
I had an okay experience overall, and I do think the brand has some good things going for it. That said, the website really feels outdated. The layout is a bit cluttered, and the colors don’t look very modern or polished. It still works, but I expected something cleaner and more professional from a brand like this.

"Super fast delivery"
Not gonna lie, I ordered a backpack from wenger.ch and really didn’t expect it to show up so quickly. I got the shipping update soon after ordering, and just a couple days later the package was already at my door.

Everything was packed well and the delivery went smoothly. It was a really easy order overall, fast shipping, no hassle at all. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Looked great at first, but didn’t hold up"
I thought this bag was going to be a solid buy because it looked really nice online, but once I started using it, the quality just wasn’t what I expected. The stitching was uneven in a few spots, and after only a few weeks the zipper started feeling cheap. For the price, you’d think bags like this would be made way better, but I guess that’s how it goes with a lot of stuff these days.
